Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you must follow the return procedure for any issues with the product.

Cancellation Fee

All cancellations are subject to a 6% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is non-refundable and covers the payment processing costs incurred at the time of the original transaction.

How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@keoscache.com with the following:

• Subject line: “CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]”

• Order Number

 

We will confirm your cancellation request and process the refund (minus the cancellation fee) if the order has not yet shipped.
