Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

When placing a pre-order for any product, please note that all other items in your cart will be shipped together with your pre-order item(s). If your pre-order item ships at a later date (e.g., in 1 month), all other items in your order will be held and shipped together at that time.

If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items and complete separate checkouts. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled once placed.

Payment for Pre-Orders

Pre-order and back-order items will be charged immediately upon purchase, regardless of the estimated shipping date. The total amount of your order, including shipping fees, will be charged at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Date

Each pre-order item will have an estimated shipping date listed on its product page. This is an estimated date and may change depending on factors such as distributor delays, shipping logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we aim to ship pre-orders as close to the estimated shipping date as possible, we are not liable for minor delays.

In the rare event that a pre-order item is significantly delayed beyond the expected date, we will notify you via email with an updated shipping timeline.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment. However, cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from any refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us during the initial transaction.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@keoscache.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]".

Inability to Fulfill Pre-Orders

While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, there may be circumstances beyond our control (e.g., short shipments or delays from distributors) that could prevent us from fulfilling your pre-order. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and ensure you receive a refund in a timely manner.
