Signature Confirmation Add-On
Package theft is unfortunately becoming more common, especially in residential areas. Keos Cache cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by USPS or other carriers. Once a package is scanned as delivered, the responsibility for its safety shifts to the customer.
If you believe there’s a risk of theft at your delivery location, we highly recommend adding our $5 Signature Confirmation Upgrade to your order. This upgrade requires the mail carrier to obtain a signature upon delivery, ensuring your package is placed directly into your hands or a trusted recipient's.
Note: This is an optional add-on — it is not automatically applied to any order regardless of value.
Please also note that shipping insurance does not cover stolen packages. It only applies to parcels that are lost in transit or arrive damaged. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing before delivery, we’ll gladly provide a refund or replacement in line with our shipping policy.
