Shipping Policy

At Keos Cache, we are committed to providing high-quality products and efficient shipping services. Please take a moment to review the following shipping policy, which outlines our procedures and expectations to ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team.

1. Shipping Timeframe

  • Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Exclusions: Orders placed on weekends or during recognized holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Additionally, there may be slight delays during periods when the team is attending business events, conventions, or taking scheduled breaks. Any such delays will be communicated in advance.

  • Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed if any significant delays occur and provide updates as needed.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $10 for domestic shipping within the United States. This rate includes both shipping and handling and ensures that your products are securely packaged and delivered to you.

  • Applicable Locations: We currently only offer domestic shipping to locations within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

  • We work with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. The shipping method chosen will depend on your location and the size of the order.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping method used. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery once the order is shipped. Some areas, especially during peak seasons, may experience additional delays.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's status.

 

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@keoscache.com.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist with the process if necessary, but Keos Cache cannot be held liable for damages or losses once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

5. Freight Forwarding & International Shipping

Keos Cache is a U.S.-based business and only ships to addresses within the United States. If a customer chooses to use a freight forwarder or third-party shipping service to forward their order internationally, the following terms apply:

  • Liability Ends at the Provided Shipping Address:
    Keos Cache is only responsible for ensuring that the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If the provided shipping address is a freight forwarder or third-party service, our responsibility ends once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • No Responsibility for Loss, Damage, or Delays After Delivery:
    Any loss, damage, delays, or issues occurring after the package has been successfully delivered to the freight forwarder are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Keos Cache will not provide refunds, replacements, or assistance for items lost or damaged beyond the initial delivery to the U.S. address provided.

  • No Support for International Forwarding Services:
    Keos Cache does not officially support international shipping through third-party forwarding services. Customers who choose to use such services do so at their own risk, and any disputes or claims must be handled directly with the freight forwarding company.

 

6. Scheduled Breaks and Time Off

As a small business, we occasionally schedule breaks for rest, professional development, and participation in industry events such as conventions. During these periods, order processing and shipping may experience brief delays. We will always provide timely updates via email or our website regarding any planned time off or shipping pauses.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience, as these breaks enable us to continue delivering the best possible service to our customers. Any delays will be communicated in advance to ensure transparency and a seamless experience for you.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Final Sale Items: Due to the nature of the products we sell, including sealed Trading Card Games (TCGs), Japanese Kit Kats, and Gachapon toys, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

 

8. Shipping Errors

We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. However, if there is an error with your shipment (such as receiving the wrong item or missing items), please contact us at support@finboa.com within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Responsibility for Customs Fees or Taxes

As we only ship within the United States, customs fees, import taxes, or international shipping costs do not apply.
