• Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped from Texas.

• Non-returnable Products: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on sealed Trading Card Games (TCGs), Gachapon toys, and food products such as Japanese Kit Kats.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or refund for the specific product in question.

• Refund Processing: If a refund is applicable, it will be processed through your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
